Workshop - The Rusty Workshop Saturday March 2nd 2024

Artisan Real Rust is a two step process that produces real rust patina on just about any surface such as cement, plaster, plastic, terracotta, metal or timber.  Adding other colours enables us to create multiple patina looks.

Join us in Mt Evelyn Vic at Restyled Furniture Studio to learn how to RUST both indoor and outdoor decor.  Due to the nature of rusting, we will be working outside undercover, so please bring some sunscreen.

Saturday 2nd March from 10am to 1pm.  Specific location details will be provided to participants once registered.

Participants will each receive an Artisan Real Rust Base Coat and Activator which will be used in the workshop.  (Valued at $60)

You will be working hands on creating your own Rust and Patina looks.

Limit space available, so be sure to secure your place today!

Aprons will be provided for the workshop but make sure you wear your most comfortable painting clothes; bring some sunscreen, and come along ready to have fun.  

What to Bring:  Sunscreen and BYO item(s) to rust.  Your item could be a Plant pot, Vase (Ceramic not glass for visual appeal), Small Urn, Decor Pieces, Ornaments. 

We'll be in touch prior to the day,so if you're unsure what item to rust, we can help you with further ideas.

We'll also have other items to purchase on the day if you desire.

At the end of this workshop, you will have learned how to apply Artisan Real Rust and create rusting features.  The rusting process will begin in under 30 minutes and continue to rust naturally just like iron does.   You can then take these newly learned skills to apply to further products at home with your remaining rust products.
