Workshop - Beginner Techniques Coasters

Join us at Restyled Furniture Studio at the foot of the Dandenongs and Yarra Valley Melbourne Australia region to learn beginner techniques as you start on your painting journey.  Click here to register your details and let us know your availability in the comments section. 

We can pair you with like minded people or you can bring a couple of friends.  Maximum class number is 3 (a this time) to ensure you have all the time you need to ask questions along the learning process.

At the end of this workshop, you will have learned the following techniques which all transfer to preparing and painting furniture and decor:

• Prepping your piece
• Undercoats and stain blocking
• Preventing brush strokes
• Wallpaper placement and application OR Decoupage placement and application
• Sealing your piece
• Finishing your piece
• Disguising boo-boos (oops)

Workshop runs for 2 hours.  At the end of your visit you will take away from this workshop a set of 6 coasters that are one of a kind - designed and made by you.

Aprons will be provided for the workshop but make sure you wear your most comfortable painting clothes; come along ready to have fun.

No need to bring anything, we'll have everything you need.
